It’s Your Future

Fiegel, Carr & Joyce Law Firm focuses on U.S. corporate and business immigration issues.

Our firm represents clients in both Canadian and U.S. immigration cases. On the Canadian side, we have developed a unique practice representing individuals who have been denied entry to Canada due to a criminal past. In addition, we also process Canadian work permits, permanent residency and citizenship/naturalization applications.

Our firm has also developed a large practice in representing clients with U.S. Immigration matters. Our lawyers prepare visa applications for a wide variety of employment and investment related matters, in addition to family based sponsorship and citizenship/naturalization filings. With our office so close to the U.S. and Canadian border, our practice also includes filing immigration applications for Canadian citizens and providing representation at local U.S. ports of entry.

Our Services

Paul, October 2025

I am extremely grateful for the job that Jamie and her team did in getting a successful outcome for my case. Because of her experience and expertise Jamie was able to allow me the ability to return back to Canada and have the opportunity to see family I have not seen in years. While I 100% know the mistake I made was of my own doing, the law firm did not make feel horrible about it. They instead worked with me to make sure we had a successful outcome and also made it clear that I more importantly need to learn from this and moving forward make the right decision.
